"Booked a vip room which was huge. Bed was so comfy, great views over the airport, amazing shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee from machine on the 5th floor and I believe there is one on the 7th floor too. The remote control for the room was awesome, temperature control, lights and blinds all from my phone, loved it. Would highly recommend the bloc. "

"I wasn't aware of the availability of breakfast. The man who I checked in with at the front counter didn't mention anything about breakfast. The washroom is a bit cramped and it took me a bit to figure out the shower faucet. There were also a few tiny bugs crawling on the bathroom floor."

"Arrived at the property at 12:30 AM. There was no one to let us in. We called Expedia help line but they were not able to contact the property. One day earlier, we were told that someone would be there. We were lucky to find another hotel that was open. Please refund my money."

"Whenever I book using expedia I almost always get the room that nobody wants, the one next to the high traffic door, the elevator, or the ice machine area. It seems to be a pattern and I suspect it is because I use the expedia app to do so because it is always mentioned when I check in. The staff will almost always say " booked with expedia?" We have a ok time there. Ate at the hotel, service was slow, could see the restaurant manager having a bit of chat to one of the servers, it was obvious not a good one. Food was not great and they over charged me for food I did not have. Manager got it fixed and also deleted the service charge. Used the shuttle to and from the Gatwick airport. Was seamless."

"The guest house just needs some attention to details. The blind didn't shut properly. The heating was on and there was no way of turning it off. The lamp trailed across the wall so it was a hazard. It was just for one night and the bed was comfortable and I used the tea making facilities so it did the job but wouldn't return."
