"Quick easy check in, they offered early check in for 20€ which was perfect because we did get there early. The free shuttle was easy and a great amenity to this hotel."

"I can honestly say that I last night had the worst experience with any hotel staff across the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at. I simple request early in the evening for a few more pillows to our room completely blew up after the staff ignored us until around midnight. After three attempts I went to the “reception” and Hamid was gaslighting and lying to me saying that it was against hotel policy to issue more then one (1) pillow per guest. And there were no more pillows in the hotel. And what would I or my wife even need more pillows for. I became justifiably irritated and called him out on his obvious untruths, which he then denied effectively claiming that I lied. It was so undignified and unnecessary. Any other hotel would have just have given us the pillows so we could sleep comfortably. The unhelpful reception staff and Hamid in particular have fully deserved this review. And after the exchange we got our pillows delivered to our room within 15’ showing that he was lying about everything to begin with."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. After long days exploring Amsterdam, it was such a delight to come back, relax and recharge. The hotel was incredibly clean, and everything felt high quality - especially impressive given the price compared to other places. Honestly, one of the best showers (and even flushing toilets!) I’ve experienced. Super easy access to the city centre via train made getting around effortless. I’d 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel overall was really nice. Well located to a train station and tram routes. Staff were really helpful, breakfast had a good variety and it was all very nice. Wheelchair accessible throughout. Room was clean and facilities were very good. Close to a really good shopping and restaurant are just 5 mins away. My only issue was my bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable the first night. I didn't report it, but just turned the mattress and after that it was ok."

"We stayed here for our 4 night trip & it was the perfect location to explore the centre of Amsterdam. There is a transport hub less than 10 mins away where u can take train, metro, bus or tram. The rooms were very clean & the apartment we chose had a bedroom with separatel lounge, a dining table & small full kitchen. The kitchen was sufficient for us for making breakfast & simple meals. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower, though it wasnt that strong. There are a couple of restaurants & large supermarket within walking distance which was ok for us. We were able to check out slightly later & they had luggage storage facilities. I would recommend staying here & would stay again for our next visit."

"Cool modern. Small room but very nice. Excellent evening bar with food. Huge breakfast bar with excellent food. Can walk safely to Schipol checkin. Very close."

"Very nice hotel but … keep in mind that bathroom is tiny!! If you are a big person maybe reconsider this option. Also is a little far from city center so will need taxi/uber to move around. Other than that it was very clean and a nice stay. They have a microwave in lobby just in case. Staff was friendly!"
