"Worst hotel room I’ve stayed at in a long time! To start there were some very nasty stains on the chair that have clearly been there for quite a while. There was no way in hell I was about to even sit in that chair next to the bed was falling off the pedestal when I got in the room so I had to figure out how to put that back on before I could even get in the bed. There’s no vent fan in the bathroom so every time you take a shower, the room is humid as hell. I ended up leaving a day early and going to stay at another hotel cause I couldn’t stand the stink in that room all in all I will never step foot in that hotel ever again."

"Our experience was poor from check inn to check out. We booked a king room and were given a queen room. Hotel staff were not accommodating until the evening before our checkout. By then it was too late. Also, our room was not serviced. We checked on Saturday 5/9 and expected our room to be serviced on Monday 5/11. To our disappointment it was not. I was assured that morning that our room would be serviced. We expected the brand name of the hotel to provide better service. Very frustrating stay. We drove quite a distance and were looking forward to a great stay."

"This place is terrible. It should be closed. It's dirty, smelly, dark, humid and poorly cleaned, maintained and upkept. Almost as bad as Hotels.Com who denied reimbursement after I walked out of the property just minutes after entered. It's a complete and legit scam"
