"Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken leaving only one functioning. This made it very difficult to get to our room. On one occasion we had to wait 10 minutes (if not longer) before we were able to get on the elevator to get to our room. Also, the breakfast set up is very clunky. It was a very long line with a lot of people coming at the same time in a very narrow window (2 hours) to be able to eat. It was hard to get a table, hard to get the food because you couldn't really tell where the lines started. Food was good, but not worth the hassle."

"We stayed in the one bedroom with sofa couch ocean view. The room was twice the size we expected and the double-balcony provided amazing views! Service was great, staff was always friendly, and we even survived hurricane LaLa without issue. The only criticism I had was the rooms appeared to be recently remodeled and the seams where the tile & hardwood met the carpet were not smooth as several staples stuck our feet walking between thresholds - should be an easy fix for management."
