"I loved the staff, hospitality and amenities. However our ocean view was blocked by a building, the AC could’ve worked better, no room service was received out first day, and the room has a ton of chips and looks worn down/old. The staffs friendliness and the ability to borrow beach products, including a mat and kids beach toys really helped boost their rating.
