"I have stayed there a few times, and it remained a top-tier five-star hotel in Hong Kong. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and at the Club Lounge. I would like to extend my great appreciation to Christina and Dennis at the Club Lounge for their exceptional service to ascertain my stay being enjoyable. Food and drink selection at the Club Lounge is very nice!"
