Also only 2 full size towel and one floor towel for 2 person available. No other towels were given. A trash bin was only available in the bathroom and no outlet in the bathroom either. "

"Clean room. Quiet. Excellent staff support as I had forgotten the combo for my luggage. Front desk staff came with 2 maintenance staff to help with my baggage lock issue. This was done promptly within 5 min of my call. "

"The hotel is just fine, not better. My view from the 26th floor to the harbour was great. But that’s where it ends. The elevator situation is a problem. Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"
