"Terrible customer service. Office wasn't open when I arrived and they wanted me to send a photo of my ID to some random number which is extremely unprofessional and they wouldn't give me my refund since I didn't even step foot on the property and had to book another hotel."

"The inside was very nicely decorated for the theme, and the area it is in is convenient, however the rest of our stay wasn’t as great. There is no parking except street side, which we ended up getting a ticket for. The walls are super thin and you can hear people even whispering in the room next to us. The bar was not in use the entirety of our 4 day stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And check in was an absolute nightmare for us, as well as someone else we met outisde the building who we had to help since whoever answered the phone was not. The only reason we give it any stars is because the property itself is very clean, convenient location, and secure. Other than that we did not care for it which was a huge let down."
