"What a happy accident. We made a very last minute decision to have a stay on the North Norfolk Coast and picked The Maltings almost by sticking a pin in the list. It turned out we had chosen one of the finest hotels we could have found and the location was perfect. The hotel staff were extremely friendly without being overly intrusive and the hotel itself is really cosy and welcoming. There are lots of areas to sit and rest with a drink. The

access. The hotel is in lovely shape, and been decorated very tastefully throughout. Our large bed was very comfortable, and the room's client controls were easy to use. We had a nice shower, but if I booked again and had the option of a room with a full bath, I'd request it. Bar, Orangery and Dining Room had high standards, and a good selection...

"Unique opportunity to stay in a windmill. We stayed in the room at the very top (the wheel room). The views are stunning and although it was a very windy couple of nights the occasional creaking from the wooden structure only added to the experience! Breakfast was excellent.
