"In general, the property needs to undergo a series of upgrades. The location is great, but the breakfast is lacking in variety. Parking spaces are too narrow and the drive aisles were too narrow for large trucks. Really appreciate the very high quality paper products in the room."

"We booked the full ocean view room but was given one small room on second floor with roof top obstruction. I called front desk immediately to complain and was given one on 5th, a much larger n nicer room with full view of the gulf. The shower head is amazing, the room is clean with nice decor, bed is firm and supportive. The frig might be a bit noisy. A very nice stay indeed.The ball room, the pool and the common areas are spectacular, full of history "
