"Our first impression was not the best. We were called on our way and were told while we couldn’t get in our room early, but we could do a pre check-in upon our arrival. When we arrived, let’s suffice it to say that the people at reception had no clue what we were talking about and were not very friendly. When we finally did check in at 4:00, the gentleman that waited on us was VERY friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room had recently been renovated and was very nice and clean. The pool area was VERY well maintained and nice. Each morning, we watched from our balcony staff cleaning in and around the pool area. Each night we went to the bar at the hotel. Both nights had great live music! So, in spite of our initial impression, we were very pleased with our stay. "

"Excellent Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super cozy, and I loved how quiet the room was at night. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to my friends and family!"
