We loved our stay! The staff was absolutely amazing and really went above to help our family. Loved the location and especially the pool with the poolside bar. Only complaint would be lack of shade if you were not in a cabana. On site restaurants we great, especially the Grotto.

I absolutely loved this resort! The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and room service was fast and efficient. The hot water was perfect, and the pool area was stunning—gave me total Cancun vibes as I relaxed with my feet up. I’ll definitely be coming back! Was disappointed when we got there the room was dirty! The bed was not made and the toilet was used and not flushes there was disgusting. Went down to the front to inform them and all they did was give us another room and upon walk in with the bellboy present the room was as filthy as the first! Towels on the floor and beds not made trashy it was very disappointing AGAIN!!! Went down to the front and they did apologize and give us another room but no incentives for our inconvenience of having to move rooms!!!! It's not like the rooms are cheap Expected better from the hotel. We will not be staying there again it ruined the stay for us. Staff doing valet was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and love the views.
