"Our family has found a new spot for a getaway. This place was beautiful and such a great atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Close to Kemah and the Space Center. Several food options in the area. We really didn't have to leave the hotel to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be back again."

"We stayed at the Lone Star Inn in Dickinson for a couple of days as a stop during our family vacation this summer, and I was honestly impressed. I was a bit hesitant at first since it’s not a big chain hotel, especially while traveling with kids—but as soon as we walked into our rooms, my concerns disappeared. We booked two rooms, and both were very clean, including the bathrooms. The rooms had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a no-frills place, but everything was well maintained and just what we needed to rest. The location is also super convenient—right off the highway, with plenty of fast food options nearby, even a Starbucks within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the location, price, and cleanliness made this a great choice for our family.
