"Check in with Elegance Club privileges was prompt. Room was spacious & comfortable. Beach was great with soft sand, plenty of chaise lounges, & daily seaweed cleanup. Ocean was beautiful and swimmable. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially our butler Victor. Food options were plentiful. Bars were located in convenient places and service was excellent. "

"Very attentive staff, amazing room (we had the basic junior suite - I loved the jacuzzi and the bed on our patio was an amazing chill out spot), there are no lunch and dinner buffet so everything is a la carte in various restaurants! The food was uneven from one restaurant to the next but once you figure out your preferences its amazing. Be ready for a lot of red meat! Always found beach chairs and unlimited towels.. when none was available, a worker would move one for you from the pool and set you up! We were not Excellence club and I didn’t feel we missed out on anything. Great overall"

"Beautiful well maintained property, landscaping. Very friendly staff! We arrived early and had to wait for our room, so we had lunch and relaxed. We were on the adult side, so the butler showed us to our room. I was exhausted from waiting, so it seemed to take forever as he showed us around, but after that the room was beautiful, relaxing, and we had much of what we needed. We could see the ocean from the balcony. We also overlooked the pool, so the room was nice. They have showers in the lobby but nobody told us. That should be the first thing they say when you have to wait after traveling all day. There were ice machines all throughout, though sometimes they were out of ice. But we walked down one flight and got it. If I could make any improvement, I would add water fill up stations around, and a free cup to each guest. We had to get water bottles all the time, then throw them out. The cups at the bar were also disposed. Having the option of less plastic waste would be a good improvement. "

"Our group had an 8 timer, 2 3timers, and a newbie. We all had a blast and discovered something new to enjoy. Already planning our next trip. Our butler Fernando was excellent, as is the whole staff."
