"Had no complaints .. they did charge me a service tax fee when we we arrived it wasn’t much maybe 2 bucks. Combi is close by and if you walk a little father from the bridge close to the train station conbini there’s a tempura sit in place.. soba noodles and udon noodles are good !! . Hotel is Ac-clean-safe , hardly any dust which is nice cause I have allergies . Room service every day . They do provide pajamas big enough to fit an xl adult American just bring bottoms , room slippers , and basic necessities provided —(tooth brush,razors,cotton pad , q tips, plastic brush) Room is equip with mini fridge / coffee machine . Microwave is down stairs in lobby ( vending machines on 6 floor) Also It’s A little journey from the city loop hotel but is super close to train station ( just be prepared to transfer lines ) Hotel to airport is fairly cheap if no traffic-or road work . "

"Staff was very friendly, I was greeted /welcomed after long travels to a kind helpful front desk person who gave me a quick run down and thankfully also understood English. Would stay here again! Hotel is also very convenient to Gotanda station. "

"I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. Its an airport hotel, so the main benefit is the closeness to Haneda airport and there's a shuttle to get you to the airport (but not from the airport to the hotel). Its a very quick (<2 min) walk from the nearest train station to the hotel. The rooms were large (esp for Japan), and well appointed. Check in and out were easy. I would definitely go back, especially if I had a late night entry to Haneda or an early exit from Japan. Would recommend."

"Great hotel. One of the best and most spacious hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Hotel was clean and in great shape. Staff were all great. Beautiful garden and koi pond at the hotel. Short walk to the Shinagawa station. Not a whole lot around the hotel besides the train station."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the gender-separated common hot tubs. Their complimentary shuttle service to the airport and subway stations was very convenient and another great reason to stay here. Wonderful stay here! Among all the good things, the complimentary buffet-style breakfast was the highlight for our family—especially for our two college-aged sons who truly enjoyed it!
