"Very convenient to the train station, easy to access, very quiet, great shower and amenities. If you are looking for a place close to Sangenjaya or Shibuya, this is a good local area. The only improvement I could suggest is softer pillows :) "

"This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it. "

"I booked a smoking room and I got a smoking room. The air cleaner in the room works great and the room is bigger than normal JR hotels. Everything is nice about the hotel. I have been staying in JR East hotel Mets for sometime now and I am beginning to get hooked to it. If I were to nitpick, I do need to carry my luggage up a few steps twice to get to the lobby of the hotel. Not a deal breaker but for smaller ladies who are not so strong, do take note. "

"Great location away from the usual Tokyo central locations. Excellent location next to the local station for getting around. Being that little bit further out, rooms were bigger. Usual Tokyustay great amenities. The in room washer/drier walkways so very welcome and helps keep packing light.. "
