"There was a mystery pill found on the floor in the room. Lucky my dog didnt eat it. Still taking him to the vet. The hotel staff had nothing to say about it and even tried to take away the evidence. Also, anyone can walk in and wander around. Doors open without a key. "

"Lakesha was a delightful young lady who checked me in. The stay was great. The only negative was the room next to me was full of unsupervised children who ran screaming down the hallway close to bedtime. But that was not the hotels fault. I love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. My daughter in law worked in the restaurant during high school decades ago so I was curious to see if it was maintained well. It was a pleasant surprise to find it so clean and modern! It’s a nice place with shopping and restaurants nearby. "

"Room had a great waterfall view, and the hotel is very close to town, which made it convenient to grab food (though the town itself is quite small). The main downsides were the Wi-Fi—only one spot in the room had a reliable connection—and the room felt a bit sparse/not very cozy. I also wish there were a common lounge area to relax. The waterfall can be noisy at night. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the experience."

"I had to change my rm because the toilet sprayed water on me but they were accommodating. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean and the location was convenient."

"We didn’t get laundry service and we didn’t touch the AC where he it was very comfortable in there. Thank you so much. We love the place and I will stay there again."
