"Our stay at the Prince Hotel in Shinagawa was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—especially when we realized after checkout that we had accidentally left our passports in the room safe. They responded immediately and arranged to have the items shipped to our next destination without delay. We are incredibly grateful for their swift and professional assistance—there are truly no words to thank them enough.
