We stayed in Hayden Bridge just out of Hexham. Lovely and quiet.






While there might not be top attractions in Limestone Brae, you can explore the larger area and discover places like Allendale Golf Club and Nenthead Mines.

Terrible sleep, which whilst guest behaviour is not the hotels fault, the duration it took to deal with the situation was possibky far more drawn out than it should have been. Stayed over New Year and decided to stay and extra night as we felt so comfortable as staff and food were good. Room was a little small for a 'premium ' but adequate. Fantastic location close to bars town and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice county town with friendly people
Kielder Observatory is a must visit - note you have to book in advance!
Hexham has variety of shops and cafes to visit.
Property is around 30 minutes from Hexham itself. Lovely town though with everything you might need.
