5/5 - Excellent
A welcoming town set in beautiful countryside, peaceful and attractive. Well looked after.

The royal hotel was a very nice and the staff were more than helpful to us. I cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile to assist and help us.

Lovely couple running the place, free parking on the street outside, nice rooms, well equipped and clean. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I missed this but the choice looked good and everything is done fresh. Will use again in future.

Perfect house, very quiet and clean. Owner was very nice and helpful, less than 10 min drive to shopping and attractions. Castle is big tourist area, less than 10 min away. Def would stay here again if back in Scotland

A beautiful cottage, very clean and comfortable. Margaret was an excellent host, couldn’t have been more helpful and quick response to any communication.

We only did and overnight stay so did not look round.
Two restaurants on Main St were fully booked, so book on Saturdays for sure. Back to pub at Abbey Square for lovely fish supper but lucky to get served; kitchen closed at 8pm and we arrived at 8.10pm. Fish fry was all that was available; but v good.
Great little town. Lots of things to see and do
Unfortunately my stay was so short, I didn’t get to venture out in Jedburgh. But it looked a nice place.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely guest house and would highly recommend it.
