"This is a convenient stay for terminal two and three at Heathrow. My only complaint was that they didn’t provide the correct USB cable ports because they haven’t updated the rooms so it only has the one connection and not both so we had to buy a cable downstairs in order to charge our phones."

"If, like me, you just needed somewhere to crash before or after a flight then this fits the bill. I was told by a seasoned traveller on the bus that it used to be a Travelodge and that would certainly jive with the room I got. There's a shuttle bus (Hoppa Hoppa) from the airport that specifically visits the hotel, but you do have to pay extra (£7 each way, or £13 return). The front desk is also on the first floor, which means queuing up for the lifts if it's busy. The bar is pleasant enough, but I didn't get to experience the food (my flight was too early). There's complementary Wifi, although I found it a little flaky."
