"All was perfect, excellent Hotel, quiet, safe…"

"Room was quite nice and comfortable & they had left welcome fruit and snacks which were very nice, however everything else was just very average. At best. After a long travel day, we tried to order dinner at 6:30 & they would not let us order until after 7pm. Service was very slow. Tables not cleaned properly after the afternoon tea, which the front desk told us about & that we should go enjoy while waiting for our keys, but when we got there tea was all gone and never got refilled. Just lots of dirty tables. We went up to the pool as it lists a restaurant up there (again at 6:30pm). Saw a few dishes on a counter, but no restaurant, asked an employee who just looked confused and went into a back room and didn’t come back out with an answer. Had a balcony which at first looked nice but then realized the garden it was even with was under construction, so not that nice after all. We did sit out there for a bit and eaten alive by mosquitoes. We were happy we were only booked there for one night. "

"This is an almost brand new hotel. I stayed in a queen suite with separate living area. The room was spotless and I appreciated the full sized suite and AC. Great infinity pool on the top floor provides an unrivalled view of the railway and general industrial activity. The food was first class. 20 mins by Uber to Mysore Palace. Very efficient staff control transport. Hotel clesrly has a few staff training issues to address still but everyone tries really hard to please. Highly tecommended "

The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. "This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. "
