"Our stay did not match the expectations set by the listing. The apartment was extremely dusty throughout, including the blinds, surfaces, even closet hangers, light switches, lamps and air-conditioning units. The AC/heating unit in the bedroom did not work at all, and the unit in the living room was so dusty that we could not use it due to dust sensitivities. As a result, climate control was very limited, and the living space was uncomfortable to use. Basic guest supplies were also...
