"What decent person books a room on the 2nd floor for a person on a cane? I walked into this motel to get a room for the night. The guy at the front desk clearly saw that I was on a cane. After taking my ID, he goes to the backroom and looked at some papers on the wall. He proceeds to assign me a room on the 2nd floor. They’re was hardly any cars there so it’s not like they were booked up. I get to the room after struggling to get my luggage upstairs (no elevator) and find that there’s barely any water pressure in the shower. It’s as if the guy intentionally put me on the second fl with known issues with the shower. I used to like this place. It’s the last time I stay there. "

"The staff was great and the hotel was nice. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Bring ear plugs. We also didn't have any hot water in the shower."

"There is NOT a hot tub as advertised on the website. The hotel is under renovation, supplies piled in the hallway. The common areas were very dusty, so much that you could write your name in the dust on top of a table next to the elevator. The faux plant was also covered in dust. There was no mention of the hotel being under renovation on the hotel website. This would have been nice to know ahead of time especially for those people who suffer from allergies and respiratory issues."

"Our children are 7 and 10 years old. They both thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the water park. "

"The entire hotel reeked of weed the whole time we were there . Felt dirty and very out of date. We wouldn’t return."
