"Great spot for a short stay. Advanced hotel with self check in and iPad to control the room. Compact room with a nice bed, tv, and shower. Walking distance to Fenway & lots of restaurants.. will stay again! "
"Perfect for me, a single person traveling overnight without much luggage. It’s just what I needed - small, clean, well designed room in safe locale with friendly, attentive front desk clerk. I got a nice greeting when I am arrived, which was quite welcomed as the listed address on Expedia is confusing. The hotel is on S. Charles St. or Charles St. South not 78 Charles St., which is half a mile away. SHotel is a solid, well renovated, older red brick building which maintains a personal human scale. "
"Close to State station, downtown crossing station, and Park street station. Very conveniently located. Room size is not that big but it’s still way better than other hotels in that area with the same price range. They have a water station with bottles for free, which was very useful for our trip. They also offer their complimentary snacks in the room. Outlet for the hairdryer in our bathroom was broken but we used the one by the desk. I recommend this hotel for those who want Boston sightseeing."
"Our stay was very pleasant. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. And the staff were attentive and helpful. When traveling, my partner and I always prioritize staying at a high-quality place because it's important to us be able to come back and sleep in a comforting place, especially when away from home. We appreciated Hyatt Regency Boston for creating that space for us. "
"The staff is great! The valet were absolute gentlemen! The folks at the front desk were lovely and, when I was lost trying to find parking, the young lady on the phone made me feel at ease, gave perfect guidance and even rooted me on by saying "you can do this!" And I can't forget the concierge who sent me to the perfect Mexican eatery (15 minutes walk) when I asked for something yummy and inexpensive for my son and I. We were there for 2 nights while we visited local colleges and it was the perfect, centrally located spot!"
