"The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I had a dog with me, and the room floor had a very functional, non-carpet flooring that was awesome! Bed was great. Traffic and plane noise, but overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Parking was easy but a little cramped the hotel is currently undergoing renovation and you cannot see out of the windows this was not mentioned during booking or on there website the room was fine but could be a bit cleaner and there was no shampoo at all it was a completely empty bottle. The breakfast was ok but the woman working was not the friendliest individual. The elevator is rough and very slow. If you are looking for a ok place to stay for a night this will do. I personally do not think id stay again. "

"First time staying at a Tru hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Lots of thoughtful details. We really enjoyed it."

"The staff was excellent, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but great if all you need is something easy to grab and go early in the morning. The bar was lively, a good place to chat with other travelers, and the bartender was very fun to talk to as well. My only issue was at night, when random people would sit and smoke at some benches next to the entrance; they weren't guests or staff. Made the environment feel a little sketchy."
