Great stay again, would definitely recommend

Great stay here, perfectly located for Angels games and for the train station. Very comfortable room with kitchenette and nice bathroom. Breakfast nice but busy, some extra items to buy using self-service machine in the reception area. Would definitely recommend.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING

Pretty much spent my time outside the hotel, just coming back to sleep, didn't need room service or cleaning so won't really comment on that, not had much interaction with the staff (due to not needing them).....until the last day when I had taxi issues to the airport. I found the staff incredibly helpful at resolving an issue for me that they were in no way responsible for. It's the kind of moment that will stay with me about my stay.

Staff Clean room Location

Really good hotel near the airport. Very convenient as we hired a car which was all local. The room was big and very clean. Quite suprising as the bathroom had dove shower gels etc. We were very impressed. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommended.

The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was basic but well presented. Every time someone left a table the lady made sure it was clean for the next person. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay here.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained with a good layout for a family with a mix of young and older children. Breakfast offering was okay, although we only took advantage of it once due to the the hours and need to get into the parks. Would definitley consider staying here again as price was ery competative compared to the other Harbour / Katella located hotels.

Room was clean, although a little dated, but still comfortable. We were allowed to check in early which was great! Location was perfect, just a 15 mins walk from the gates to Disneyland. Breakfast was included, it was fine. All staff super friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and stay here again.

Loved how spacious the room and bathroom was. The hotel felt very clean and maintained also a bonus was the free parking included! The staff were very helpful checking in was a breeze would stay again.

The space and living area in the family suites are amazing. Coupled with the convenient location, staying here is a brilliant, affordable short break. For UK visitors, it’s a bit like an exclusive, upmarket hostel. Everything is here and largely clean and comfortable. But maintenance is general rather than detailed. The dishwasher, which we didn’t use, was grubby and smelt foul. Crockery and cutlery was rather grubby - we washed it all before using it. The table wobbled in both suites that our...

As a solo traveller, I had a very comfortable and seamless stay. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from check-in to checkout. The complimentary breakfast was standard but good, though it could definitely do with a few more choices to change things up. Overall, it's a safe, clean, and reliable option for anyone travelling on their own.
