"The area in general is beautiful. Bellmen and housekeeping staff were kind, helpful and very accommodating.
Twice the front desk staff were rude, their communication skills lacking.
The
indoor pool is incredibly small. The pictures on the website are deceiving .
Room was not clean; it was dusty, the bed did not appear to have fresh sheets, something was black and smudged on the pillowcase and sheets.
