"Our stay was fun and great! The hotel was pretty quiet with the exception of a domestic situation that happened in the parking lot our first night there. The room was clean, warm, and a great size. The only suggestion is that it would be great if the hotel had more vegetarian or plant-based milk options for the complimentary breakfast."

"They have many nice and hard working staffs from all over the world. I have to write down the front desk staff from Indonesia and her name is Sally. She was exceptionally friendly and knew what she was doing. Grand Hyatt in Vail is so lucky to have many good workers./ Only thing that I have to point out the bad thing was that the chair lift wasn’t operating after one day. That was one of the factors that we booked the hotel but it wasn’t. We have to take the shuttle back and force with a lot of walking and carrying skis with ski boots on."

"GM Grace was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. We had a pbl neighbor who was smoking at 9 pm first night. They handled( even though they kept smoking later). They moved us to an upgraded Suite. The rest of the stay was a pleasure."
