"Location of the hotel was good and close to Vail Village"

"Horrific stay. Place has bed bugs and the staff were rude when bites were reported and my husband actually had a bed bug on him. Avoid at all costs! They also refused to give us our phone back when it was left there. They later made us pay to ship it. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel or with customer service. "

"The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful!! We were very disappointed with the pool area. The water was so cool that my daughter didn’t want to swim, which was a bummer because it was a main attraction for the hotel. Also the hot tub was closed. If I would have known the pool was not swim-able, I would have picked a different hotel."

"Older in that looks like it has been renovated. I gotta studio style apartment for a pretty decent price. Located right at the edge of town, with easy access to everything. Very quiet in with ample parking"

"Very nice hotel. Historical, really cool hotel to stay in and look back to the late 1800s early 1900s. Will definitely come back to the hotel in the future. Rooms were clean, staff is very nice. Hot springs are an easy walk. Food in the hotel was excellent."

"Absolutely awesome! This was like stepping back to a ski chalet years ago before all the crowds glitz & glamour of Aspen. BUT in a modern fun cozy feel that left us not wanting to leave. The room was fantastic…. bedding fabulous…. & pool view was awesome. The free tea & coffee. Free happy hour wine & snacks… free breakfast….. Who gets free in aspen!! The lobby’s cozy fireplace area is phenomenal. The location & views are stunning. We can’t wait to come back! Don’t change a thing… nostalgia captured perfectly with an updated touch. "
