We actually extended our stay here because the staff were so friendly. The hot tub is a nice bonus. The only downside was that our room was right in front of the breakfast room so it was a bit noisy. The upside was that we were close to fresh coffee! Would stay here again. 😁

The room was well furnished with a comfortable bed, nice view from the kitchen, decent size tv for the size of the room. Well located as a stopover.

Very clean quaint property and friendly staff.

Check in was efficient. Received the type of room requested and although it faced the road we did have view of Pikes Peak and it was quiet. The room was spacious with microwave and fridge. Aircon worked well. We used the pool once and it was refreshingly cool. Breakfast was a typical American breakfast choice. No concerns or issues. Would recommend staying here. Note it is a little way from the main historic part of Manitou Springs where parking bus and issue.

Fantastic Place

Great hotel and location!

This is a budget hotel with personality. The interior lobby, bar and restaurant areas are light, and airy with tropical plants and streams. A pleasant place to sit. Our room was enormous with a nice design and antique style furniture and mirrors. A good find and excellent value.

Great place to stay, right on Lake Dillon.

Facilities were great especially the coffee and tea station. Surrounding were beautiful despite a lot of construction works. Rooms spacious and clean. Shuttle to town less than 15 mins

Amazing place. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the place is setup with spaces where you can chill quietly or there are plenty of spaces that create easy opportunities to socialise around the fire, jacuzzi or various lounges and outdoor areas. They provide excellent personal and posted recommendations on things to do. I fear I may have been spoiled having this as my guest Hostel experience as it is soo good. The bar has been set very high!!

Clean room and good a/c

Clean and tidy room. Super comfortable bed. Great location and decent breakfast options.

Very nice and well run hotel. Clean rooms with a decent shower. Also had a nice hot tub. Great skiing links as well and skiing down to the gondola in the morning actually quite nice! Thanks to Jake who was very helpful and responsive to a couple of queries and made my stay stress free :) One thing that would be good is some food option in the morning. Although there is a hot water urn and some tea/coffee available (either in the room or in the lounge) a simple breakfast spread would definitely...
