"From the moment you walked in AJ, Jimmy and Earnest made me feel welcomed and safe! To where I added an extra night. Next morning during breakfast Robyn made it perfect! I always stay here because I feel not only comfortable but safe! For a woman traveling alone that’s HUGE. Your rooms are SPOTLESS! beautiful design, perfectly balanced with lighting and my goodness remote access shade and black out shades, my breakfast “ the Cuban “ was amazing , the whole place is gorgeous and clean and everyone is happy when they great you! I stayed in Room # 808 and I’ve never seen a housekeeper ss nice as the one servicing our floorI that alone speaks for itself! can not wait for the pool to be done is going to be amazing. If you never stayed here you are totally missing out what a wonderful place! I can’t wait return. Keep up the frat work y’all! "

"10/10 location. Quick walk to Pier 60, shops and several food choices on both sides of the strip. Pool clean and staff friendly. Room had beautiful ocean view. Sunsets are stunning. The balcony was nice although I am not sure why the placement of all hotel cooling units are directly below. They are constantly running and take away some of the beauty. Room had a dirty sock and food from the people who stayed before us. Duvet cover had old blood spots on one bed and some kind of fluid on the other. Bathroom ceilings had some mold spots, a missing towel hook and sideways wall switch. The showers themselves have a tiny spot for personal toiletries. A shower caddy would correct that. The elevator jumped while in it. It ended up being out of service later in the evening on that same day and took 3 days before it was fixed. I chose not to go back on that one. The beach towels are in rough shape. There should be self parking, not just valet. Not sure I'd stay here again. I had much higher standards for the Hilton brand especially for the rates charged."

"We booked this resort very last minute when our current amenities were a massive fail. We checked in immediately and were greeted by the most genuine and kind gentleman at 11pm! The pool was just the right size and heated, our view was spectacular, and room was clean. What more could we ask for? We had lunch and a few drinks one day poolside, never waited at all for elevators, and parking was always available steps from the entrance. The included breakfast was worth waking up for, my kids (20, 14, & 9) devoured each morning! Fabulous experience. We frequent Ana Maria and will look into this resort first for future visits."

"Amazing poolside area, walkable to many things in the Clearwater area, quick walk to the beach. Happy hour was excellent at Jimmy's Island Grill which is the restaurant on site."
