"sheets were dirty in room upon arrival, bathroom did not have plastic shower liner so water was on the tile floor during showers, walls paper thin and could hear everything from upstairs/next door throughout the nights. construction on the building happened early mornings around 7 730. left a day early from the hotel because it was just a terrible time"

"Our reservation was for two queen beds. The room they tried to give us had only one queen bed. We were three people. After much back and forth, they gave us two rooms for the first night, then switched is to a 2 bed room the next night. Out of our three total rooms, one of them had a terrible odor and two had bathroom sinks that would not drain. Dirty walls, stains on carpet, door handles that you didn't want to touch. I know we did not pay for a room at the Ritz, but having decently clean accommodations is a reasonable expectation. I could go on about the staff but I feel that is a waste of time."
