"While the room is spacious, the AC shuts off automatically after a period of time. Also the water pressure isn't great for the showerheads There's no vending machines on property and you'll have to go to a local liquor store or 711 nearby. If you plan to use the pool, it's incredibly small, so be forewarned. The staff were pleasant enough, but I'd make this a one-night stay at most."

"Third time we have stayed. Such a fun place. Love the diner and the bar. Only complaint this time was pillows and sheets that need replacing. They are definitely past their prime. "

"Great location to everything!! City view was great. It literally felt like a home away from home. I was amazed at how big and roomy it was! So spacious, it literally had an oven, when do you see that? Staff was virtual/ remote but still super helpful. AC was great, bed felt amazing. I am def coming back when I need to stay in LA"

"I upgraded our rooms at a cost for better beds and more room but the beds were HORRIBLE and very hard. We stayed close to the hospital for a good night sleep and didn’t sleep. The rooms need to be renovated because they look old: paint peeling, stained showers, running toilets etc. I stayed there 10 years ago and it really has gone downhill. It was close to the hospital though."

"Hotel was nice, view on the 15th floor was phenomenal. Only thing I have to say is we called front desk to ask for more towels and we didn’t get them after calling twice. One of my friends called and said “we called about 30 mins ago” and the receptionist said “it was 20 minutes ago, they will be up shortly” and never came. Other than that there’s free wine for guests between 5-6pm and hotel was beautiful and clean rooms. I would stay again and hope for nicer service. "
