"Staff was nice upon check in. Under 30 sec checkin which was amazing for me. Others may not like it and want to be personalized when in hospitality. In all honesty. Everything is dated in the hotel and the TV I had was nice but still dated! No Bluetooth capability. I woke up intending to take a shower and I turn the handle to the the left and it literally comes off. Water shooting from the shower body valve and the shower head. I couldn't turn the water off. I contacted the FD immediately and an engineer arrived and took his time back and firth which added to be a 1hr and ten mins. The FD gave me an extention until 12:30pm. May I mention that the late checkout wasn't offered due to the issue with the shower handle. I actually had to ask the young man if I could have a late checkout due to the issue. Idk maybe it's just me. I wish the best for this small hotel hoping a more significant increase on rev coming to get the capex line increase for R&M. PS... The beds are very very nice and the pillow feel like marshmallow."

"El hotel sirve para lo que es, ir a dormir, desayunar e irse, el servicio de aseo de habitación solo lo hacen cada 3 días. Diariamente solo entran, recogen toallas y la basura. Eso no me gustó"

"Staff was friendly but housekeeping needs to be more careful, I found our door was left wide open when they entered to replenished our towels while we were out and we returned to our door open. Front desk can have better communication we had to wait a while to get a room after checking and find out we were on the top floors and the elevator was out of service for the first couple of days we were there until the last day it was worked on after being told it would work by the end of our first night and my mom that was traveling with me had a hard time getting up to our room during that time. Also, after the incident of the door being left opened they just said “oh sorry”."

"Due to the issues encountered, we had to book alternative accommodations for the remainder of our trip. Our experience was unacceptable for several reasons: - Cleanliness and Odor: There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. - Lack of Amenities: The kitchen was not equipped with pots, pans, or dishes. Additionally, there were no toiletries, such as shampoo or body wash, provided in the shower. - Breakfast Quality: The advertised breakfast consisted only of coffee and a small prepackaged muffin. - Environment: The hotel was very loud in the evening, and I did not feel safe staying there with my children. Despite my request to speak with a manager during our stay, I was never able to do so. If you book through a third party site you will not be able to change your reservation. "
