"Hotel is very clean. Rooms showed a little wear and tear, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is right across from Springfield mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again."

"Our check in was great, LaTasha went outnof hwr way to put us in adjoining rooms which was super helpful.
The hotel qas a quick car ride to DC, which is why we travelled.

"I took the opportunity to book through Expedia this time for a discount, 2 months ahead of our stay. NEVER AGAIN!! Due to no fault of our own, our connecting flight was missed caused by our airline.
When I called the hotel to push us out one night as we were stuck in Denver, the hotel wouldn’t talk to us. We had to call Expedia , by contract, who canceled our total reservation and re-booked it for $600 more!!!! Never use online reservations with secondary booking to save money. Hotel is great and we’ll go back soon. "
