The front lobby is under renovation so it doesn't look good but no doubt will when completed. We were very pleased with our room. It was clean and comfortable. A great value with breakfast and complimentary parking.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were by far the best part of the hotel. The hotel is tired looking, BUT it is starting renovations. The employee who ran the continental breakfast did a great job keeping the area clean and the food trays filled. You could tell he took pride in his work. Once the renovations are done it will be a great value for the price.

The room is much smaller than pictured. The beds were terribly hard/uncomfortable. Room outdated. Bathroom door barely hanging in. Went to turn the bath water on and the handle fell off in hand. Water pressure was minimal. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Good selection and fast service. Front desk staff were very nice.

Property old and being renovated to some extent. Public areas and parking lot very rough. Room was okay, mold in bathroom shower. Breakfast area very beat up- service attendant pushed us all out at 9- we had come down about 8:30, hot food already put away, didn't have time to finish our coffee. Location good, front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Mixed bag, but certainly not good and one of the worst choice hotels of the many, many we have stayed at across the country

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is in a great location, included parking, and a decent breakfast, but unfortunately, the condition of the property was very disappointing. Our shower was stained and had no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower wall, the sheets were stained and yellow, and the bed/pillows were uncomfortable. There were large cracks across the bedroom ceiling, cracked and broken elevator flooring, and visible cracks on the exterior of the building. Our room was also never serviced by housekeeping during our stay. The pool was closed and fenced off, and the lobby was under construction, which took away from the overall experience. While the location and free parking are definite positives, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.
