"Clean Room, Friendly staff, awesome hot breakfast, free parking "

"I only stayed at the hotel for one night for an event being held there. Upon check-in, I requested a water bottle and was told I needed to be a Hilton Honors member to receive one (even though I am a Hilton Honors member), so that was the first slight. Once I got to the room, the TV stand had a film of dust covering it. If I had a white glove and ran my finger over it, the glove would have been covered. The room had a faint odor, which made me wonder if it had once been a smoking room. And then, when I went to shower, I realized there was no towel on the floor to catch any water afterward. The bathroom was missing fresh towels, and there was a leftover pink pajama top on the back of the bathroom door. I shared this issue with the front desk, and while they offered an apology, there was no offer of additional towels, housekeeping to come and clean, or a new room. I will not be staying here again. The cleanliness of the room could be better overall."

"We booked this stay expecting a room with a functional kitchen, but the layout didn’t deliver. The kitchen is essentially part of the main living space, which made the entire area feel cramped—almost like everything was packed into one box. With a king bed and a sofa bed already in place, there wasn’t enough room to move around comfortably. Breakfast could definitely be improved. The eggs tasted overly processed, and variety was limited. It would go a long way to rotate options—scrambled eggs one day, omelets another, etc. During our stay, there was no bacon offered, only sausage. There was also a cute/taco wrap station, but the cream sauce had changed color and the meat appeared dry, which was a turnoff. Location-wise, it’s about a 30-minute drive into Washington, DC, so keep that in mind if proximity is a priority. That said, the staff was awesome—very attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs, which we truly appreciated. One final note: the kitchen equipment needs attention. One of the pots was chipped, which raised concerns about upkeep and cleanliness. Bottom line: Great staff, breakfast quality, and maintenance need improvement to match expectations. "

"Rooms were not overly clean and beds need to be replaced. The mattresses (both in my room) were severely worn in to the point that there were deep full-body depressions on both sides of each bed."

"Parking tends to get full late night...breakfast is free so can't complain wish they have bacon...staff is great...needs refreshing hallway smells old...carpets probably need deodorizing."
