I used it for a business trip, but it was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet for the most part. It’s worth noting this is basically IHG’s equivalent to a Marriott Residence Inn or an Extended Stay. The family running it is very kind and helpful. Parking is pretty easy, and it’s not far from most of the rest of the DC area though you would probably want a car if you’re staying here. I recommend.

Much needed staycation

This was my first time on the property and I must say I enjoyed that it was quiet especially for a first floor room. The bed was extra comfortable and i especially love the kitchenette. I am already planning my next visit.
