Staff were very accommodating to my needs. Arranged my trip to Red Fort, and helped me find various places nearby. Also, the chef made a special effort to make me homemade soup as I was feeling the effects of a heavy head cold. Room was comfortable with excellent private bathroom, only minor problem was that their electric kettle needed replacing more than once, but otherwise everything was fine.

The staff in this hotel care so much for the guests it's unreal. Having stayed in hotels the world over I can honestly say this is one of the top few and I would recommend staying here to family and friends, no questions asked. Our flight arrived slightly before the check-in time and we were accommodated, starting our stay. Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The staff was very helpful,proffesional and polite.The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful.The live music was very relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative. The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . The room was spacious and everything was bright and clean. The safe was large enough for a 15" laptop and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they moved us to a new room as our aircon wasn't working properly. We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. I stayed here after checking out of the horrific hotel I was currently staying in. The Pullman was a breath of fresh air. I ended up meeting up with my friend here and spent the last days here. Would definitely recommend The Pullman
