Excellent location. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Had a lovely stay.

Everything about our 2 night stay was pleasant. Spacious clean apartment with all the necessary equipment. I like the fact that they stock the fridge with the basics. Staff provided us with a baby cot and highchair on arrival.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious & convenient for the AO Arena. It was so nice to be able to have the spa facilities, made it a luxurious stay.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay as a family of 4. The hotel itself is lovely, and is in a great location. The room was spacious, and well equipped, beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. The included breakfast was also nice, great pastries and coffee, as well as fruit, juice, yoghurts and porridge. The place was absolutely lovely, and well maintained and clean. The apartment is opposite Arndale centre and round the corner from Piccadilly Gardens so fantastic location. Alison the host was absolutely lovely and a joy to deal with. Many Thanks for making us welcome.

Outstanding views, amazing apartment! Clean, secure, and lovely large spaces, with living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom. Great wifi as well! AND a lovely outdoor patio that overlooks the city centre on the 15th floor-- accessible to anyone booked in the tower.

I had a fabulous stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and tidy although the shower attachment holder was broken so had to strategically position it so I could have a hands free shower. Also the shower drain was blocked which I unblocked - looked like it hadn't had a proper deep clean for a few months. I wouldn't have noticed this if the water drained away properly. Overall a fab apartment at a ridiculously low price in comparison to others.

Excellent place to stay in Liverpool. Our second time back and the hotel always exceeded our expectations.

The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid.
