This isn't a complaint, I understand that new people need time to learn and it didn't cause me a significant inconvenience, maybe a little more supervision for new staff would be good?. Food was good but not very hot. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food."

"Room was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and pillows. Lovely view from the 14th floor and its in a fabulous location. The only yhjng was the bathroom once we'd had a shower it was all steamy and we kept having to wipe the mirror, could really do with a fan in there "
