Spotlessly clean, really well presented, very comfortable bed, very quiet to say you are in the middle of Manchester, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

The room was lovely clean and quiet. Location is excellent, check in staff need some customer service training , they didn’t explain anything and even disagreed that they were overcharging us until the day after when I raised it again and they released they had made a mistake!

We liked the accommodation a lot! The location was great and our room and facilities were fab. Your front of house staff however were unwelcoming, disinterested and unfamiliar with the concept of hospitality. They did not reflect the incredible appeal of this super building and dimmed our experience.

Really lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Had everything we needed innit amd more. Staff were really friendly and despite it being central, it was really quiet. The only slight downside we had was the frosted glass bathroom door didnt afford alot of privacy but wasnt a huge issue.
