The best hotel I’ve stayed in the past 5 years. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and filled with extras and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the choice of different pillows was such a benefit.

Fabulous hotel close to Piccadilly train station. Excellent customer service and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade & free welcome cocktail, which was delicious. Beautiful modern and clean room I would happily stay here every time I visit Manchester. I was here for a gig which was a close walk to get to.

Really lovely hotel. Very helpful staff - one lovely member of the bar staff went out of her way to help with a request - and the room was spotless with a coffee machine, good shower and comfortable bed.
