"The perfect start to our holiday After a 3 hour train journey we relaxed in the bar and enjoyed a delicious meal. There was a great atmosphere in the bar which was busy but the service was very efficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The automated check-in and check-out was impersonal but meant we didn't have to queue at reception to check in. We took the courtesy bus to the terminal to avoid the heavy rain - an excellent service. We left for our holiday in a relaxed mood - the perfect start to our holiday."

"if you like fitness or a good swim and spa yes if you also want a room to relax in no, this is very far from what a 'delux' room should be, it is extremely small with views onto the opposite corridor and a very questionable kingsize bed. if it was half the price you wouldn't mind the tiny room but this is not a room to relax in and you do kinda feel a bit cheated. I regularly stay in spa hotels in central london for what we paid here and the rooms are twice the size with full king beds and views... everything else is done very well the room just lets it down, if you get a good deal then yes snap it up, the staff are lovely and it is a full on leisure centre"

"The location of the hotel was excellent for access to city and walking . It was a large room for city centre. It was very busy at checkin because of the marathon weekend but staff did well. The negative was no kettle or hot drink station although the reception staff let me get one from the breakfast area one day. Only one pillow but maybe could have asked for additional one ."

"Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!"

"The room was very clean and well stock. Downfall on no storage for luggage & a lot of wasted space. Staff were very helpful in the main lobby but not so much in the gym/spa. Free parking came with the room type so that’s a bonus. "

"I didn't use parking because I came by train. Breakfast is ok but room cleaning bad. It's proper cleans room, chocolate rappers and peanuts mess already on floor when I entered in room first day after check in. I complained to reception but lady was standing this time, she said sorry and nothing else. She had to change my room or can refund 20% discount but she didn't."
