"This hotel is pretty conveniently located in Condado. It has access to multiple restaurants in the area and has 4 different restaurants within the hotel. The ambientation is excellent, and it has been recently renovated. There are 4 to 5 swimming pools. My family enjoyed our stay since the beginning. I highly recommend staying in this property."

"The room was beautiful. The staff made extra efforts to decorate the room and make returning to the room special every time. The staff was amazing. Panda and Franklin really went out of their way to make our time the most fun. They are sweet and caring and always made sure we were happy. We also had Enrique as our butler and he as well made sure everything we needed was done. "
