The only thing I would have hoped was to have more bilingual employees who was able to communicate in English. Besides that, we had a great time at the resort. "

"El servicio de algunos empleados es término medio. La mayoría son muy amables. A mi chico le cantaron cumpleaños en el restaurante francés y fue memorable (con güiro, tambora y una súper vela). En términos generales solo puede sugerir a modo de crítica constructiva que deben trabajar con el mal olor a humedad de áreas en común como lo son lobby, el pasillo al Adult Area, el Restaurante The Valley y otras áreas que literalmente comparten la misma peste. Se debería trabajar con dehumidificadores o algún producto que trabaje ese problema."
