"The resort was beautiful, featuring bungalow-style accommodations, multiple on-site restaurants, three pools, and direct beach access. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay.
One drawback was the cost. Unlike many Hilton-brand properties, the reservation did not include complimentary breakfast. Guests must either purchase a meal package in advance or pay for breakfast daily. While the breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent in quality, it could become quite expensive.
Another consideration is the resort’s location. It is approximately a 10-minute drive from the main road, making it somewhat isolated from nearby shops and attractions.
The most significant issue occurred during checkout. The resort had recently implemented a new system integration, but the registration staff appeared to have received little or no training on the process. As a result, checkout took nearly an hour, and the lines became so long that some guests who checked close to the flight departure risked missing their flights.
Overall, the resort offered an excellent experience, but the high costs, secluded location, and lengthy checkout process kept it from being a perfect 5 out of 5."
