"Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful.
