The location is excellent, but what really made the difference was the helpfulness of the staff, would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel, very clean and great customer service.

Staff was incredibly helpful, room tidy, clean and comfy!

Ideal location making it very easy to walk to different places: Grand Place, Manneken Pis fountain and streets with bars and restaurants. We also walked to the Parlementarium which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is also near the underground station to the Atomium and Mini Europe. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. They have Rituals shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and a small but brand new gym. I recommend this hotel 100%

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Eating in the bar was very pleasant with attentive staff. Would use again if returning to Brussels

Clean room. Staff, especially cleaning staff were excellent. Did not have breakfast

Hotel location is perfect. You’re right in the middle of the city for tourism.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Grand Place. The hotel is in a convenient location and it was comfortable.
